  • WellMoney has a mandatory waiting period of 31 days to request financial support.

  • Members who request funds must have an active WellMoney account. If you cancel and reactivate your account, you will have a mandatory waiting period of 3 days to request financial support.

  • WellMoney may utilize zip code data to help verify requests for support.

  • WellMoney members have access to up to $100 in emergency funding per year. Once that amount is reached in requests, members can still access discounts and additional resources. *We are working on a way for members to request additional financial support above $100 in the future.

  • WellMoney users can cancel their account at any time. Membership fees will not be refunded.

  • WellMoney membership accounts can be canceled at any moment if the membership was obtained by misrepresentation or fraud.
